Explore the engine room of your mind! Our inner world can feel mysterious. Fortunately—like astronauts of the psyche—great meditators of the past have explored the extensive reaches of the mind. They described the parts and functions that create our experience, and explained how to use this knowledge to work with painful emotions, get to the root of stuck behaviors and build confidence.

Through this course, we will explore the text How to Understand the Mind, which is like a textbook that explains how we can work with our mind to make positive changes.
