• Understand the importance of self-care and how to prioritise it
• Build self-awareness around the emotional impact of your work

Working in the charity sector can be highly stressful and emotionally draining. It’s easy to feel pulled in multiple directions, trying to make ends meet while supporting those who need you most.

Protecting your mental health is essential, not only to perform your role effectively but also to live a fulfilling life. That’s why we’ve created this workshop: to provide practical tips and techniques that help you stay happy, healthy, and in control, even during times of stress.
