Slow down your mind and find inner peace. 🕊️ By learning to address overthinking 🤯 we can both find greater happiness and open doors to our spiritual progress. 🙏
Over thinking can tie us up in knots 🪢 and bring us down. This morning workshop will help those of us who find ourselves sometimes stuck in repetitive, negative and unhelpful thought patterns. 😣 By drawing upon the wisdom of Buddhist teachings we can learn practical tools for managing our thoughts and making our minds calmer 😌and more peaceful. 🕊️
This workshop will include guided meditations, and is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to experienced meditators. 🪷
