Agenda
Speak Up and Be Heard
Host: Mary Cheyne

Info: Have you ever considered how the fear of being judged might be holding you back from speaking up and fully sharing your ideas in your career or business?
Whether you’re speaking to potential clients, presenting to a group of leaders or facilitating an event such as a retreat, your ability to communicate with confidence directly impacts your credibility, influence, and results.
Yet for many women, speaking up can feel intimidating. You want to make sure you say the right thing, present yourself well, and avoid being misunderstood or judged.
So how do you speak with confidence, communicate your ideas effectively, and show up powerfully—without second‑guessing yourself? In this engaging talk, Mary Cheyne, Transformational Public Speaking Trainer & Coach shares well tested methods she’s used in training over 30,000 career professionals in 30 cities internationally to speak with confidence & be heard so that you can receive the visibility that you deserve.

Magic and Mechanics: The Truth About Destination Retreats
Host: Carolyn Sharp

Info: Destination retreats can be deeply transformational, both for participants and for the leader, but they are not “just a bigger workshop in a prettier place.”

In this talk, Carolyn shares the real truth about what works and what doesn’t when you take your work on the road, drawing from her experience leading both U.S.-based retreats at rented retreat centers and her Tuscany retreat experience. You’ll get a grounded look at the true pros and cons: the kind of magic that creates lasting impact, the operational realities that most people underestimate, and the decisions that protect your profit, your energy, and your integrity.

You’ll leave with practical takeaways and a clear framework to decide whether a destination retreat is the right next step for your work, and how to do it in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

From Vision to Sold-Out Retreat
Host: Leah M. Hill

Info: A successful retreat doesn’t happen by accident. It’s created through intentional design, clear messaging, and an experience that people genuinely want to be part of. In this session, Leah M. Hill shares the framework she uses to create retreats that attract the right audience, deliver powerful transformation, and build lasting community. Learn how to shape a compelling retreat theme, structure a meaningful participant journey, price and promote your event effectively, and create an atmosphere that leaves people energized, connected, and excited to return. This blueprint blends practical strategy with the deeper elements that turn a retreat into an unforgettable experience.
