Whether you’re looking to start a prayer practice, deepen your prayer life, or simply explore a new way to spend time with God, How to Pray is a chance to take your next step. Over four Monday evenings, you’ll experience different approaches to prayer and discover practices you can carry into everyday life.

November 30: Prayer for Beginners
December 7: Liturgy of the Hours
December 14: Lectio Divina and Visio Divina
December 21: Ignatian Prayer
