-The design + build process explained clearly
-Timelines, permits, consultants, and what to expect
-Real project examples and lessons learned
Whether you're planning a major renovation, addition, or new custom home, this session will give you clarity on what to expect and how to move forward confidently.
SGDI brings mass experience having completed over 500 renovation projects over the past 15+ years across metro Vancouver. So they have seen great success stories and witnessed horror stories as well.
