How to overcome your fears and phobias
Women who have travelled plenty, managed careers and coped with responsibilities… suddenly feeling anxious driving on motorways, booking flights or even being a passenger in the car.
And honestly, it’s far more common than people realise.
So I’ve decided to host a small women-only event to talk about:
� fear of flying
� driving anxiety
� panic responses & phobias
� why fears can suddenly appear in midlife
� and how hypnotherapy or NLP may help
The afternoon event will include coffee, cake, discussion, calming techniques and a short guided relaxation exercise in a relaxed, supportive setting.
I’m someone who lived with a phobia of flying for 15 years and with the help I’m now offering, I love it.. I also had a couple of panic attacks whilst driving too but I’ll share how I got over that too…
No pressure at this event - I’m rubbish at hard sales. No expectation to speak either. Just a safe space to feel understood and learn more about why this happens. And learn that it is possible to overcome a fear.
