How to Make Sustainability Irresistible
About this Event
Would you like to talk more with friends and family about climate but struggle with how to pitch it? Do you wonder whether dropping subtle hints is more effective than shouting loudly? Or are you beginning to lose all hope about getting others on board with making sustainable changes?
In our latest event, How to Make Sustainability Irresistible, two local speakers, Virginia Cinquemani and Judith Leary-Joyce, will talk about how to communicate sustainability in a way that gets your message across without alienating people.
What to expect
Book your free space to join us at 7:30 pm on Monday the 14th of September at The Pullman Room, The Harpenden Arms in Harpenden.
Join speaker Virginia Cinquemani of and author of two books, including The Good Communicator as she explores how to engage people with sustainability and keep hope alive in challenging times.
Our second speaker, Judith Leary-Joyce, Founder of , will share her experience in getting people on board with climate topics by speaking about what really matters to them. In her talk, ‘Do we whisper or do we yell?’ she’ll explore how the way we communicate can create impact.
Each presentation will be followed by a discussion where you’ll have a chance to ask questions and discuss the topic with a group of friendly, like-minded people.
We can’t wait to see there!
