Denise is a former Texas litigation attorney who specialized in defending banking and real estate lawsuits. She moved to Birmingham with her Alabama-native husband and joined him in commercial real estate brokerage and development. Along the way she has written real estate books for McGraw-Hill, Sphinx Legal and Dearborn/Kaplan, plus her own self-published books on Alabama Tax Sales and Alabama Residential Landlord Tenant Law.
