Want to set your own batch up? Bring a wide mouth quart jar and 2 lbs of ripe (red) thick walled peppers and we can provide tools and gloves for you to process your own.
Our Sauer Sundays Fermentation Club always has jars, fermentation weights and lids for sale at cost.
This class will be hosted in our classroom/studio space in an industrial building. We do have elevators and a ramp, but there is still some distance to cross this large building. If you have any accessibility questions, please email us at [email protected]!
