How to Love the Tread - Summer Series
A 45-minute class every Thursday that guides you on the safety of using a treadmill while also teaching you:
-warm up with dynamic movement to prevent injury
-guided intervals to get comfortable with any treadmill
-fun playlist to fuel your motivation
-cool down
This series is built for Runners & Walkers who:
-generally avoid hot, cold or rainy weather runs
-find the tread to be tedious, but are open to another perspective
-want a little personality built into their run workout
-want to build a foundation for their Fall race goals
