Saturday, May 30th 1-3pm in the Planted. Classroom.
In this class, we will discuss all things Hoya including:
🌸General care and blooming tips to keep your hoya healthy and encourage blooms for years to come
✂️Propagation techniques, where and how to cut
🌱Training and Trellising to support your Hoya’s particular grow style and crazy vines
🪴Substrates and repotting for both established plants and propagations
Class fee is $25
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS:
Laura is the owner and Plant Aunt of Planted. And has been growing and collecting Hoya since her grandmother gave her a cutting off of her ancient plant many years ago. Laura finds growing Hoya to be a way to connect generations and there are just so many Hoya out there to collect, that it constantly keeps Laura on her toes for the newest addition.
Quintin has been mastering the art and science of growing and propagating Hoya for over 5 years with Planted. Growing and collecting Hoya has been a way for Quintin to learn about himself, build friendships, and reconnect with nature.
