About this Event
February can feel especially heavy for clinicians.
Shorter days. Full caseloads. Emotional weight that doesn’t pause just because the weather changed. If you’ve noticed lower energy, reduced motivation, or a quiet sense of fatigue this winter, you’re not alone.
This Counselor Care Connect gathering is a supportive space for therapists in the Fort Wayne area to talk honestly about the winter blues from a clinician’s perspective.
This is not a CE training and not about pushing through or “fixing” yourself.
It is a chance to:
- Normalize how winter impacts clinicians and nervous systems
- Reflect on how seasonal shifts affect your energy, focus, and emotional capacity
- Learn gentle, realistic ways to support yourself through the darker months
- Connect with other therapists who get it
Who This Is For
Licensed therapists, associates, interns, and counseling professionals practicing in or around Fort Wayne who want community, connection, and care during the winter season.
What to Expect
- A warm, low-pressure environment
- Guided reflection and discussion
