Last year, we decoded the alphabet soup - PCN, UPCC, PCCP, RNiP…

This year, we’re putting all those letters to work.

Join us for another interactive World Café-style evening, where we’ll move from who’s who to how-to. Instead of focusing on who everyone is, we’ll explore how to work together more effectively through practical workflows, referral pathways, collaboration tips, and insider advice on making the most of the incredible people and services in our Primary Care Network.

Whether you're brand new to the PCN or you've been around since the beginning, this event is for everyone. Every role, every discipline, every curious mind is welcome.

Good conversations, great people, and plenty of opportunities to ask, “Okay… but how does this actually work?”

• Practical referral pathways that make sense.
• Meet (or reconnect with) the people behind PCN services and learn how to work together seamlessly
• Real-world workflows, common scenarios, and tips you can use the very next day.
• Discover resources you may have forgotten about - or never knew existed.
• Ask your questions, swap ideas with a colleague, and learn from each other’s experiences.

The FNW Division can offer a 1 hour sessional to:

FNW Primary Members & Associate Allied Health Providers (AHPs)

• Must be actively practicing within FNW comunities: New Westminster, Tri-Cities, Belcarra, and Anmore.

LOCUMs

• Must be FNW Primary Members and must have worked at least one shift in a FNW community within the last 365 days.

MOAs & Practice Managers

• Must be employed by a FNW Primary Member working within FNW communities.

Nurse Practitioners

• May claim sessional fees through NNPBC, not the FNW Division.

Residents are welcome to attend, but do not qualify for sessionals until they complete residency and hold full FNW membership.
