How to Feel Like Yourself Again in Motherhood
The key shifts to reconnect with yourself and feel calm, grounded, and more like yourself again.
A gentle, deeply supportive workshop for mothers who are feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, where we’ll explore:
- Why it’s not just the practical demands of motherhood that leave you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted - and what’s really going on underneath the surface
- The hidden pressures that keep you stuck in guilt, self-doubt, and constantly putting yourself last
- How to feel more like yourself again - through supportive, realistic shifts that work within your life as a mum
This workshop includes grounding and nourishing practices, along with guided reflection, and is designed for mothers beyond 12 months postpartum.
It will be led by Bree - a yoga teacher, motherhood coach, and mama - who is passionate about helping mothers make sense of what they’re experiencing in motherhood, and feel more connected, aligned, and fulfilled.
