In this talk, Alan will share the proven, step-by-step strategies used by world champions and Olympians to build motivation, enhance confidence, and establish habits that lead to success at any level.
Alan brings a wealth of experience, having coached world champions, Olympians, and top professionals in developing a winning mindset and mental resilience. His work includes coaching prominent athletes like Ryan Mullen (currently with UCI WorldTeam Red Bull Bora–Hansgrohe) and Ciaran Power (two-time Olympian and double RÁS winner). He also serves as the High-Performance Director for the Motorsport Ireland Rally Academy.
