At this month’s Knox REIA meetup, she’ll be sharing insights on how real estate investors and real estate agents can work together more effectively to create win-win partnerships.
With a background in corporate leadership and more than a decade of real estate experience, Kenya is known for her dynamic coaching style, strategic insight, and deep commitment to agent development.
She helps agents navigate complex transactions, including potential legal risks in close collaboration with the firm’s brokerage attorney while also teaching courses on contracts, AI for real estate, and business fundamentals.

We bring in National and local industry experts with backgrounds in every form of real estate investing from across the country to share their knowledge and experience with our members and guests.
Knox REIA is the local Chapter of National REIA, and at every meeting you will leave with information, connections, and motivation to do more and take your investing to the next level.
You can attend your first TWO meetings for free to try us out, and after that you either pay a door fee of $30 per meeting you attend or purchase a membership that includes attendance to all our meetings and a discount special events and classes as well as special programs - including discounts and rebates - from our network of national vendor partners like The Home Depot, Equity Trust Company, DealMachine, RentPerfect and more.
