“How does organizing create social change?” Sometimes we get caught up in the chaos of the world and our efforts to improve it and forget this basic question. It’s great to have passion for organizing and a will to act on that passion, but passion and effort are not enough to effectively create change. That’s where theory comes in – it helps us plan how and where to direct that passion and effort so we can make the change we seek.
