Tom Lounibos: Currently, Tom is the President (GMD) of Accenture Ventures where he invests into early-stage startups from around the world for Accenture. In this role, he Founded "Project Spotlight" a unique and immersive engagement model between Accenture Industry Leads and the emerging tech community.
Previously, Tom was a six-time Silicon Valley entrepreneur (that included 2 IPO's + 4 Acquisitions), investor, board member, and advisor to corporations and technology startups in the US and Europe. He co-founded SOASTA in 2006 and served as CEO until Akamai acquired the company in 2017. When it was acquired, SOASTA had become the Leading Global Test Platform for web and mobile applications used by 350 of the Global 500 Digital Brands.
Tim Guleri: Tim Guleri is Managing Director at Sierra Ventures, a 43 year old Venture Capital firm in Silicon Valley investing in early stage B2B software companies. He is a former serial entrepreneur, having built two successful software infrastructure companies: Scopus Technology (IPO in 1995) and Octane Software (M&A – Epiphany $3.2 billion). He joined Sierra Ventures in 2001 and focuses on Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Vertical Software. Since joining, he has taken two companies public (Sourcefire – $FIRE, and MakeMyTrip – $MMYT) and has been responsible for several M&As.
Tim holds a BA in Electrical Engineering from PEC (India) and an MS in IEOR/Robotics from Virginia Tech. His passion (outside of his quest to build iconic companies and family) is soccer and endurance racing pre-war cars.
