Women Supporting Women Empowerment Group, in collaboration with @BTIP500_, presents HTX Meets LA: Spill the Tea Networking Brunch, hosted by Rell Brown.
This is not your average networking brunch. We’re bringing the energy, the connections, the conversation, and the community from Houston to Los Angeles for an afternoon you’ll want to be a part of.
Spill the Tea was created to bring people together in a space where they can show up as themselves, be seen, be heard, and connect with others who are moving with purpose. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, creative, professional, community leader, or simply somebody who wants to meet good people and experience something different, there’s a seat at the table for you.
Come ready to network, shop with our vendors, enjoy the music, participate in meaningful conversations, and experience the signature Spill the Tea runway moment. We’re creating space for genuine connections, new opportunities, and a good time while we’re at it.

What to Expect
An afternoon of networking and genuine connection, interactive conversations, music, vendor shopping, a Tea Party Couture runway moment, and good energy in a room full of people who are ready to connect.
This experience is rooted in community, collaboration over competition, and creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Door admission is subject to remaining capacity and is not guaranteed. Advance registration is strongly encouraged.
All admission tiers provide access to the same event experience. Food and beverages are not included in the admission price and may be purchased separately from the restaurant.
Tea Party Couture Required
This is your opportunity to show up and show out. We want to see your personal interpretation of Tea Party Couture—elevated, expressive, stylish, and true to you.
Think fascinators, statement hats, lace umbrellas, polished dresses, tailored looks, bow ties, suspenders, and accessories that make your outfit your own.
Put that shit on! Whether your style is bold and dramatic or subtle and sophisticated, come dressed for the occasion. Tea Party Couture is mandatory for all guests.
Vendor Registration — $75
Calling all brands, entrepreneurs, creatives, and business owners! Bring your business to HTX Meets LA and connect with a new audience while being part of an intentional community experience.
Vendor registration is $75 and includes your vendor space, setup fee, table signage, and vendor badges. Vendor participation is subject to approval and availability.
We are seeking a variety of businesses and brands to create a diverse shopping and networking experience. No food or beverage vendors will be accepted.
Vendors are expected to promote their businesses and the event, participate in the Tea Party Couture theme, and remain for the full event. Additional setup instructions and event details will be provided to approved vendors.

Important Information
This event is for guests ages 21 and older.
Tea Party Couture is required. Admission is limited, and advance registration is encouraged.
Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and documentation purposes. Guests are expected to treat one another, vendors, venue staff, and event organizers with respect.

Standard Vendor Table — $75
Includes vendor space/setup fee, customized vendor table signage, vendor badge(s), event recognition and promotional exposure leading up to the event.
Vendor space is LIMITED. First come first served, ALL vendors must submit application
VENDOR FAQs & POLICIES
How much are vendor spaces?
Standard Vendor — $75
Your vendor fee includes your setup fee, designated vendor space, customized vendor table signage, vendor badge(s), event recognition and promotional exposure.
Can anyone purchase a vendor space?
Vendor approval is required.
We intentionally limit duplicate business categories so our vendor marketplace remains diverse.
Purchasing an unauthorized vendor registration does not guarantee vendor acceptance.
What are vendors responsible for?
Approved vendors are responsible for arriving during the designated setup window and bringing all products, displays, payment-processing equipment, extension cords or specialty equipment required for their business unless otherwise communicated by WSW.
Vendors must maintain a clean, professional and safe setup throughout the event.
Final setup instructions will be provided before event day.
Are vendor fees refundable?
No. All approved vendor registrations are final and non-refundable.
Vendor fees cannot be refunded because of inability to attend, travel issues, lack of sales, weather, scheduling conflicts or other circumstances outside WSW’s control.
If the event is canceled by WSW, vendors will receive communication regarding applicable options.
Can vendors leave early?
We ask all vendors to plan to participate for the entire event.
Early breakdown can disrupt the guest experience and other vendors. If an emergency occurs, please communicate with a WSW representative before breaking down.
