TICKETS: To access your tickets, download the Eventbrite app and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, create one using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase.

TICKET TRANSFER POLICY: You may gain entry to the event even if your name is not on your ticket ONLY so long as the barcode is scannable. UHP is not responsible if ticket(s) cannot be scanned and the order is under a different name than the person presenting the ticket.

Please do not post a photo of your ticket publicly to avoid the potential risk of a stolen bar code. Tickets are treated like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Costume Guidelines

• Guests must be recognizable from government-issued identification
• The entire costume must be easy to remove entirely
• No realistic Police, Fire Department, Military, SWAT, security, or Public Safety costumes
• No handcuffs
• No authentic weapons or weapon accessories, including swords, daggers, axes, or guns
• No chains, ropes, whips, or metal spikes
• No glass or ceramic masks or costume pieces
• No dust masks or gas masks of any kind

• Air Horns or Noisemakers
• Audio Recording Devices
• Chains or Chain Wallets
• Detachable Lens Cameras
• Drones
• Flyers, Samples, Giveaways, or Promotional Items
• Glass, Steel, or Metal Containers
• Backpacks
• Pepper Spray or Mace
• Pets or Other Animals
• Selfie Sticks or Tripods
• Video Cameras
• Walkie Talkies
• Weapons of Any Kind

The safety of our event attendees is of paramount concern to us. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny entry to any person or item the security personnel deems dangerous.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID:

• Any official and unexpired United States government-issued driver's license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• Any official and unexpired United States or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
• Any official and unexpired foreign government-issued driver's license/ID card—ONLY if accompanied by a color photocopy of the passport bio page that contains a photograph and date of birth
• Any official temporary Department of Motor Vehicle document or license proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by an expired driver's license.

PARKING

• There are free street parking as well as a paid parking lot around the venue.
• Parking on lots and street parking near the venue will be limited
• If you are driving to the event we recommend you carpool.
• We highly recommend that you take Uber or Lyft!
