1st Annual Pumpkin Painting & Carving Contest

🎃 Join us for Brooks Ballard International Real Estate’s 1st Annual Pumpkin Painting & Carving Contest!
Open to all ages, this contest brings together neighbors, families, and friends to celebrate creativity this Halloween season.

Here’s how it works:

• Drop off your carved or painted pumpkin (max size 11”x11”) between October 6–15 at our office.
• Every participant receives a festive Halloween Tote Bag.
• Community voting will run October 16–24 online via Google Form and social media.
• Prizes awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
