About this Event

I am happy to announce Houston Explosive Fitness' third annual back-to-school workout camp. This is a completely FREE coed event for school-aged children (ages 5-18). The focus of this event is to continue to encourage our youth to get outside and stay active throughout the summer, while also supporting our community during these tough economic times. The camp will consist of a number of fun and enjoyable activities from skills drills, skill development, to expert instructions with a coach, player evaluations, and much more. We look forward to seeing you all out there.
