Houston Diesels Christmas Bingo Event Information!We look forward to seeing you Saturday December 6th, at 2pm at 21675 McClesky Rd. New Caney, Tx. 77357. This is not an event you want to show up late to check in, especially if you pre purchased tables and tickets. We will have well over 300 people we have to check in and get settled. The first game will start promptly at 4pm. The agenda and play times are below. We will be doing a raffle as well, and raffle tickets are $1 each. We will also have the Houston Diesels trailer present and all club products available for purchase. We will have multiple food trucks! We will also have an on-site bar. There is to be NO outside food or drink allowed except water. For the raffle, there will be a bucket in front of each raffle “pile” of items. If you would like to win something from that batch of items, place your ticket in the bucket and you keep one ticket. (just like beach bash if you are familiar with that). If you choose the pistol option upon winning, you MUST BE 21 to claim it. When checking in, the girls at the booth will have your packets of cards ready for you. If you would like to purchase more cards then, or at any time throughout the event, you may go the HD trailer and purchase more. Also, please bring a toy to donate as well if you can. There will be a trailer with a sign for toy collection upon your entry. You may come to the event for free and enjoy the time with everyone, if you want to participate in bingo, you MUST pay for your bingo books.

- Tables for 8 are $250 (can only be prepurchased)
o Table includes 6 cards for 10 games per person.
- Individual tickets are $35 (only pre purchased/ $40 at the door)
o Individual tickets come with 3 cards for 10 games per person.
- General Admission at the door is $40 and includes 1 book
- Additional books are $5 (3 cards per game)
- Blackout games are $2 per card
o *All extra books/ cards will need to be purchased at the HD trailer*
- Standard Bingo rules
- If multiple winners occur on a single round there will be a “play-off” officiated by the DJ to determine a final winner.
- Games with a purse and pistol- final winner gets choice between the two. Second place gets the other option. If only one winner, the second item will be pushed to the end.
