Housing Alexandria Fall Festival

Come join us for an evening of food, drinks, games, raffle, music, and more - all in support of advancing affordable housing in Alexandria. Tickets cover entry to the event, wine, beer, cider, food, and dessert.

This year, we will be celebrating the completion of our Cardinal Path Homes project. This brings affordable homeownership to Alexandria by providing new construction homes to low-income first-time homebuyers in Alexandria using a shared equity model. Thanks to the hard work of our team and the support of our partners, we were able to develop 36 units.

Parking is available on-site at the event, and overflow parking is available at the Victory Center (5001 Eisenhower Ave, Alexandria, VA 22304 ). The venue is directly adjacent to the Van Dorn Metro Station, served by the Blue Line and DASH busses.

You don't need your Eventbrite ticket with you; all who have purchased will be on our list. If you are in a group, please know the name of the person who purchased the tickets.

Kids and dogs (on a leash) are welcome! Children ages 0-2 are free, and 3-15 pay a reduced price.
