On the first Sunday of every month, Indivisible Joplin hosts a fun get-together for like-minded individuals.
Why? Because community is a vital part of resistance.
This month, join Indivisible Joplin for a Household Good Swap & Cooking Demonstration on Sunday, August 2nd from 1 to 3 pm at the Minnie Hackney Community Center (110 S Main St, Joplin, MO).
Bring gently-used household goods that you don't need (such as kitchen items, dishes, tools, blankets, decorations, candles, etc.), see if things brought by others can help you, and then we will donate anything leftover.
We will also have a cooking demonstration where you can learn general knife safety and techniques and how to prepare your own fruit and veggie trays.
