Household Electronics Collection Event - August 2026
About this Event
On behalf of the City of Ann Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations, thank you for your interest in attending our Household Electronics Collection Event on Saturday, August 8th at Rudolf Steiner High School. Registration for this event is required, so please register if you would like to participate!

Specific parking and traffic information will be provided to registered attendees prior to the event. Please show up no earlier than 5 minutes before your time slot to ensure that our line stays manageable and safe. The event will end promptly at 1:00pm, so please do not arrive after this time.
Residents of Ann Arbor, including students, are eligible to participate in this event. Businesses, organizations, and institutions are not eligible to attend.
The following items are FREE for attendees to bring to the event:
- Dekstop and Laptop Computers
- Tablets and eReaders
- Phones (landline and cellular)
- Keyboards and mice
- Cords/cables/wires
- Networking equipment
- Home printers/copiers/scanners
- Televisions or monitors
- Audio/visual equipment
- UPS power supplies
- Batteries
If you have items to drop-off that are not included on this list, please email Claire DeBlanc ([email protected]) to check if it will be accepted.
Hazardous chemicals and other household hazardous waste will not be accepted at this event. Please visit https://www.washtenaw.org/287/Household-Hazardous-Waste-Disposal to make an appointment to dispose of any hazardous chemicals.
