House Protection Magic
People have always protected their homes, and folklore is full of magical techniques and devices. Although these have passed out of favour in the modern world, these ideas are reflected in our language. Such as a spring clean and cleaning the house from top to bottom and front to back.
So if you have problems with your house, feel lacklustre or unlucky, this could be a workshop for you.
This fascinating subject will teach you a lot about how our ancestors dealt with this world and the other world, as little as a century ago.
We will start by learning to dowse with rods and pendulums, and using your senses to detect the streams of geomantic activity.
We will also look at ancestor altars, talismans, sigils, and the placement of items in the house for protection, with lots of historical references.
It is a practical workshop that is enjoyable and informative.
