Costumes are welcome! We recommend comfortable shoes.

Kids under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note: fog/smoke effects, dim lighting, loud and sudden sounds, and sudden scares are used throughout the attraction. Enter at your own risk.

By entering District 385’s House of Horror Haunted Attraction (the “Event”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   This attraction includes intense audio/visual effects, darkness, strobe lighting, fog, confined spaces, uneven flooring, and sudden scares. Participation involves inherent risks of physical or emotional injury. You voluntarily assume all such risks and choose to participate at your own discretion.
2. Health & Safety Restrictions
   Not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, anxiety disorders, epilepsy/seizure disorders, respiratory issues, recent injuries or surgeries, or for those who are pregnant. If you feel unsafe or distressed, notify staff immediately.
3. Physical Contact
   Actors will not intentionally touch you. You must not touch actors, props, or set pieces. Aggressive or disruptive behavior will result in removal without refund.
4. Personal Property
   District 385 is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items.
5. No Photography or Recording
   Guest photography, videography, and recording of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the attraction.
   Violations may result in removal and deletion of captured media.
6. Property Misuse & Damage
   Guests must not remove, misuse, destroy, or damage any props, décor, costumes, or equipment. Any damage caused by you to District 385 property (intentional or due to unsafe behavior) may result in financial liability for repair or replacement costs and removal from the Event without refund.
7. Photo & Media Consent
   By attending this event, you expressly give permission to District 385 NYC and its designees to take pictures of you during the Event, and you acknowledge and agree that District 385 NYC and its affiliates, successors, and assigns may freely use, reproduce, publicly display, and distribute such pictures of you for advertising, promotional, and other commercial purposes indefinitely and throughout the world, in all media including but not limited to television, websites, and social media, without compensation.
8. Release of Liability
   You release District 385, its owners, employees, contractors, performers, and affiliates from any and all claims related to injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in this Event.
9. Age Requirement
   Recommended for ages 13+. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

By entering the Event, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms of this Participant Consent, Photo Release & Liability Waiver.
