Join us for our annual traditional mounted hunt! Watch as members of the Moore County Hounds embark on a hunt like those back in the Boyds' day. Moore County Hounds was founded by James and Jackson Boyd in 1914.
The hunt will start at 10:00 am* and is free and open to the public. You are highly encouraged to come early as 9:00 am if you’d like to catch the horses gather at the house! They will walk up the Vermont Ave. entrance and walk to the front of the house. This time will vary depending on how long it will take them to walk with the horses and dogs to the Weymouth Center. This is a rain or shine event, and the breakfast will take place under a tent.

Tailgating is welcome! Please gather in the front parking lot at the entrance to the Boyd House at 555 Connecticut Ave. (please use the Connecticut Ave. entrance).

Dine after the dash! Stay at Weymouth Center for a traditional hunt breakfast featuring a buffet-style brunch and an open bar featuring beer, wine, mimosas, and Bloody Marys. Enjoy stepping back in time for a traditional hunt breakfast like the Boyds would have hosted.
We'll be holding two seatings: one at 10:30 am**, and another at 1:00 pm. At the later seating, expect to hear stories from that morning's hunt and rub elbows with members of the Moore County Hounds! At both seatings you can meet our young Weymouth Equestrians and they will share all they have learned from our program. This is a rain or shine event, and the breakfast will take place under a tent.

Provided by Elliotts Provision Co. Catering:
Brioche breakfast sliders, Waffles, Smoked Salmon and avocado dip, Chicken salad croissants, Orecchuette Pasta salad. With coffee, and tea; and of course Mimosas and Bloody Mary's!
This will be an indoor/outdoor event with a tent on the grounds of Weymouth. All proceeds will benefit Weymouth Equestrians, our after-school program that aims to create access to horses and the equestrian experience for all youth.
Tickets: Hunt kickoff: Free.
Breakfast: $50 for Weymouth Members, $60 for General Admission, $20 for kids
