Hotel Phoenix's Guided Art Tour Experience

Hotel Phoenix invites guests to experience an intimate art tour led by the talented consultant, Matthew Whitaker. During this guided, hour-long tour, Matthew will share insight into the artists, the inspiration behind the works, and how each piece was intentionally selected to complement the hotel’s design and story.

Guests will move through the hotel floor by floor, beginning in the lobby and visiting several key spaces before concluding on Level 3 at the Pool Terrace, with its sweeping views overlooking Centennial Yards. The experience will also include a rare look inside the hotel’s Penthouse Suite, home to the original screenprints featured throughout the guest rooms.

The inaugural tour will begin at 11:30 a.m., with participation limited to eight guests to preserve the intimate nature of the experience. Following the tour, guests will gather for lunch at Zephyr, the hotel’s Southern brasserie, in the private Parlor Dining Room, where the experience will continue over conversation and a seasonal menu by Executive Chef Carelys Vazquez. Participants will also receive takeaway gifts inspired by the collection, including art postcards and other keepsakes.
