The workshop serves as preparation for the heated yoga series beginning in October. Intensity will start at a beginner level and gradually build as participants progress.
This beginner workshop introduces the fundamentals of a heated yoga practice. Participants will focus on using breath to create internal heat, practice vinyasa flow sequences to develop strength and balance, and explore mindfulness techniques for mental focus.
Cost: $10 Members/ $15 Non-Members
