Sam graduated from the Bikram Teacher Training in 2003 and has been a full-time teacher since. Not only does she teach Bikram but has gone on to train and teach children, pre/postnatal, vinyasa and floating yoga. She is an advanced practitioner and leads BYL’s classes. Sam has written and had published “Pregnancy Yoga” and “Yoga Made Easy” books and has been a regular contributor to Yoga Magazine. She also runs Bikram Yoga retreats in Spain and Portugal.
