🔥 Welcome to Turn it Up Tuesdays !We begin the week with discipline, precision, and intention. The same 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises give you a familiar structure so you can focus on building strength, improving alignment, and training your mind. Turn up the heat, the effort, and your energy. Tuesday’s your time to flow strong.
