This workshop invites you to slow down, soften, and surrender as layers of tension melt away through gentle, supported postures enhanced with therapeutic touch and sensory healing.Each pose will be lovingly supported with bolsters, blankets, and sandbags, allowing your body to completely let go. Warm stones will be placed on key areas of the body to ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage circulation. As you rest, you’ll be surrounded by aromatherapy, soothing sounds, and mindful hands-on adjustments that invite your body and mind into a state of profound ease.
