Hot Stone Savasana is a unique, spa-like experience that upgrades your typical yoga rest with the weight and warmth of basalt stones for deep relaxation.This 90-minute event will open with a gentle flow to soothe and stretch the muscles, and close with guided meditation in a fully-supported savasana. Your final resting pose will be enhanced with personalized placement of hot stones to support an elevated state of calm and clarity.
