Meet Stephanie:
Stephanie's personal experience of healing from breast cancer, treatments and surgery has been instrumental in her personal and professional yoga journey. It was really Yoga Therapy, gentle classes and the healing effects of restorative yoga that helped pull her through.
Stephanie's trainings are vast and include her 200hr Hatha Teacher Training , Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga and her current journey with the renowned School of Embodied Yoga Therapy.
Meet Julie:
Julie is a 200 hour trained yoga teacher with additional certification in Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Somatic Yin and Chair Yoga. She is a certified Sound Healer with 15 years of experience creating soothing soundscapes to help people achieve a state of deep rest.
