Back in 1905, the candy shop & soda fountain that was in our building installed a "Hot Soda Fountain", serving hot cocoa, cider, and bouillon so we're going to re-create the experience! Stop by for a free taste to warm yourself on a chilly day.
Plus, from 11 am - 2 pm, author Pat LaMarche will be here signing her book Humble Pie about how the economically disadvantaged feed themselves. Everything from celebrations to starvation, immigrant contributions to farm grown food, this book has stories and the recipes that accompany those tales.
BONUS: Pat is bringing her homemade pies!
