HOTSHOTS 19 | LABOR DAY MONDAY, SEPT 1STThis Labor Day, we remember the sacrifice—and we sweat with purpose.
Hotshots 19 honors the 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots who lost their lives battling the Yarnell Hill wildfire in Arizona on June 30, 2013. This Hero WOD is a tribute to their courage, selflessness, and service.
The Workout
6 Rounds for Time:
30 Air Squats
19 Power Cleans (135/95)
7 Strict Pull-Ups
400m Run
It’s tough. It’s intentional. And it’s designed to reflect the grit of the 19 firefighters we honor.
All fitness levels are welcome.
We’ll go over all scaling options before the workout starts and make sure everyone has a version that fits their ability. You don’t need to be “ready” to show up—you just need to care.
Bring your effort. Bring your heart. Bring your community.
