KING OF THE STREET
The top True Street finishers will be invited to race in the King of the Street Shootout. This heads-up shootout format is for the best eight finishers based on their three-pass True Street average.

Race format:
All True Street participants will complete a time-limited, pre-determined cruise route that can range from 30 to 50 miles. Route and time limits will be communicated to racers during a driver’s meeting on the morning of the True Street challenge. All participants will return to the track and go directly to the assigned staging lanes. Driver’s will have 20 to 45 minutes to cooldown their vehicles, but the hood must remain closed, and external cooling (water, out-of-vehicle fans, etc) is prohibited.
Participants are allowed to:
• Adjust tire pressure
• Add nitrous bottle(s) to the interior or trunk
• Engine and transmission electric pumps are allowed
• Adjust shocks/struts, provided the hood remains closed
Participants are not allowed to work on the engine, perform maintenance, add ice to water cell, or open the hood.
During the 3-consecutive runs participants are allowed to maintain tire pressure between rounds, pack the parachute, and follow the rules listed. Crew members are allowed to assist the driver in the staging lanes, burnout box, and starting line.
