Let’s get HOT (room heated to 90-105°F (32-40°C)). Our Hot Power Flow classes will be intense and invigorating, providing a challenging yet rewarding experience for practitioners of all levels. This powerful vinyasa yoga practice combines the detoxifying benefits of heat with a flowing series of yoga poses synchronizing each movement with breath. You can expect teachers will offer dynamic sequences with options for inversions and arm balances. These classes will provide students the opportunity to push their boundaries and deepen their practice. By providing a challenging yet supportive environment, Hot Power Flow classes will empower students to explore their edge, build strength and resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection to their practice. This class is for those looking to take their yoga journey to the next level and experience the transformative power of heat and movement. While Hot Power Flow classes can be physically demanding, modifications and variations will be offered to accommodate practitioners of all levels. It's important for practitioners to listen to their bodies, stay hydrated, and take breaks as needed to ensure a safe and enjoyable practice experience. Please note, while all levels are welcome and modifications will be offered, we do not recommend this class to first time guests or those new to the practice.
