Community Meditation With Matt

The meditation class will look like relaxation letting your mind melt away clearing energy while focusing on stillness and slow breaths (3 part breath and 1, 2, 3 breath) for approximately 45 minutes involving a sound bath. The idea is to give space for individuals to rest and fall into a spiritual consciousness (not sleeping, also not discouraged. No snoring please). The ideal client will be ready to be still and comfortable for an hour (yoga mat, blanket, maybe a pillow) sitting is allowed, and/or standing is completely ok.

This is a donation-based class, donations are welcomed, if not you are still welcome and please show up.
