Hot Pipes Motorcycle Show is Central Oregon’s biggest, best, and most fun motorcycle party! Okay, technically, we’re the only one in Bend—but that’s exactly why we started it. We love
living here, we love building and riding bikes here, so we figured... why not celebrate it? Hot Pipes brings together a vibrant community—not just from Bend, but from all over Oregon,
Washington, Idaho, and California—through a shared love of custom motorcycles,skateboarding, and punk rock.
Our show is a one-day event packed with bikes, live music, vendors, great food, and nothing but positive, family-friendly vibes. But it doesn’t stop there. After the main event, we keep the party going with an afterparty for the grown-ups—once the kids are asleep and you’ve snuck out to finish that epic 90-minute convo with the dude also building an Ironhead who still can’t find the
right parts.
We also host “Sunday Funday” — or as we call it, HOT Cakes & Half PIPES. We ride out to Sisters and meet up at Big Chief Vintage. Next door, they’re flipping free pancakes for anyone who shows up on a bike or vintage whip. The day usually ends at the skatepark, where people try to scratch some coping—or just find out if they’ve “still got it.” Hot Pipes is more than a show. It’s a meetup for everyone who shares the passion—and a showcase for everyone else to see what the hell’s going on here in sunny, beautiful (sometimes smoky—and not just from that devil’s lettuce we grow) Bend.
HP WEEKEND:
This year, Hot Pipes moves to a new venue: the Volcanic Theater Pub, and the show goes down Saturday, August 16th, from 12–8 PM.
The indoor space will be packed with custom bikes—every last one we can squeeze in. Outside, the large quad area will feature more hand-picked builds, vendors, and an outdoor stage for live bands. Adjacent to that is an oversized parking lot that’ll host our Vendor Village and the ride-in show area.
Even better? We’re surrounded by a local brewery, a W**d shop, a cocktail bar, and one of Bend’s best dives: Cascade West.
We kick things off Friday night with a private VIP Preview Party just for builders and sponsors. It’s a closed event where much of the bike load-in happens, and also where the vibes really start to build. Boneyard Beer, one of Bend’s finest, is sponsoring the event, and we’ll have their tasty brews on tap for the VIP party on Friday and available throughout the day on Saturday at the show. During the main event, we’ll have an epic lineup of local punk, hardcore, and metal bands. Plus,
a curated art show and auction benefiting our local skate nonprofit: Boardhousesociety.org
New for this year: The Campfire Hotel is hosting the official afterparty from 8–11 PM. Expect discounted pool passes, cult moto movies, a roaring fire, a bar—and yes—hot dogs. It’s the perfect way to wind down (or ramp up again) with good people and great vibes. And, as mentioned earlier, we nurse our hangovers on Sunday with the ride out to Sisters for pancakes and skateboarding. It’s not an official group ride, but it usually turns into one.
