As part of Sydney Beer Week 2025, Quarryman’s Hotel is turning things up with Not Your Regular Thursday Night — a full-on evening of beer-fuelled fun, games, and flavour-packed chaos.

We’re handing over the taps to Hawkers and White Bay Beer Co. for a special tap takeover, pouring a killer lineup of brews all night long.

But that’s just the beginning…

The night does not start until we have Rian, yes our favourite game master!

Info: There will be 5 spice levels. This is not for a faint hearted!

Info: Not a spicy chicken kind of guy? This is for you then. Show off your beer nerdiness, a speed blind test that gets you a beer spot prize! (Randomly played throughout the night)

Info: It's back again this year! Music Bingo is for everyone in the room. The greatest hits of all gens!

Info: At some point on the night, The Q's owner Pat will draw a few lucky numbers. It's a chance for you to win fantastic beer prizes from Hawkers & White Bay! Your ticket comes with 1 raffle ticket. Every schooner of Hawkers or White Bay beer you buy, you'll get one. Collect them to bump up your winning chance!

Info: Featuring special releases from Hawkers and White Bay for the event. IPA focused (because don’t we just love IPAs?) but we may chuck their outstanding pils or pale on to please the whole crowd. You will get 2 middies (any of their beers!) and 2 lucky draw raffles with your ticket. Every purchase after that, get a raffle ticket. So collect them all to boost the chance of winning the mega beer prize!!
