2026 HOT JAZZ FOR DECENT PEOPLE dates & acts:July 17 - Galactic Cowboy Orchestra, ft. new original work commissioned by the MN Original Music Festival.
July 31 - Anja Menk & Friends.
August 7 - The Nintentones Video Game Jazz Orchestra.
August 21 - Craig Matarrese & Friends.
All shows begin at 7:00 p.m. and conclude by 8:30 p.m. Admission is free, with donations to the Arts Center encouraged. Guests are encouraged to BYO seating and refreshments. TREMENDOUS BREWING CO. will have a limited selection of local brews and beverages for sale! Coolers permitted, no glass bottles. The St. Peter Public Library will host a free book giveaway at all shows.
Now in its 13th year, HOT JAZZ FOR DECENT PEOPLE is hosted by KMSU Radio’s Gary Campbell, who delivers brief introductory remarks about the evening’s repertoire. The series is made possible by support from the State Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund, as appropriated by the Minnesota State Legislature to KMSU Radio.
