Join us for the H.O.T. Girl Healing Circle, a monthly gathering at Shekinah Wellness Center designed to nurture self-care, sisterhood, and soft girl vibes. Each session is a safe, intentional space to reset, recharge, and connect with yourself and other amazing women.

• Guided journaling and reflection
• Mindfulness exercises
• Affirmations
• Community connection and discussion

🗓 Session Schedule & Themes:

Feb. 18th: Pleasure Activation

A guided session to help you reconnect with your body, experience more joy, and use pleasure as a tool for rest and healing.

March 18th: Twerk & Release

Shake off winter and step into spring through a movement-based twerk session focused on stress release, embodiment, and fun.

Pricing:

• Drop-in: $15 per session

Location: Shekinah Wellness Center
Time: 3rd Wednesdays, 6:00–8:00 PM (Extended time for special occasions)
