About this Event

Moods that swing in ways that feel unfamiliar. If you’re a woman between 30 and 60, these changes can show up long before you expect them, and they rarely come with a clear explanation.

Join us for an evening of practical, down-to-earth education on how Ayurveda understands this stage of life, whether you’re in perimenopause or well into menopause. You’ll learn why heat, restless sleep, and emotional ups and downs tend to travel together, and how the doshas, especially Pitta and Vata, shape what you feel.

Together we’ll explore:

  • Ayurvedic insights into hot flashes and night sweats
  • Daily rhythms that encourage deeper, more restful sleep
  • Cooling and calming foods, herbs, and spices from your own kitchen
  • Simple habits for steadier moods throughout the day

You’ll leave with ideas you can start using that same night, plus a clearer sense of what your body may be asking for.

Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or have been in the thick of it for years, you’re welcome here.
