Hot Flash Run Club welcomes you to our free Early Morning Track Workouts!
This supportive, women-only workout is designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Whether you're a walker, a beginner, returning to exercise, or an experienced runner, you'll find a place here.
The workouts will be led by Amanda VanBennekom, RRCA Certified Run Coach, and each week there will be an optional workout provided. Prefer to do your own thing? That's perfectly fine too! You can follow the workout, walk the track, climb the stadium stairs, or complete your own training plan.

No experience is necessary, and there is never any pressure to keep up with anyone else. Come move at your own pace, meet other amazing women, and start your day feeling strong and energized.
