Join us for an evening of camaraderie and light bites at the beautiful Blessings Day Spa in Niwot, Colorado for our next "Hot Flash Happy Hour"!

This welcoming and fun event is intended to promote community and education for peri/menopausal women who are looking for science-backed strategies to feel better and function better so they can thrive through midlife.

February guest: Pelvic Health Specialist and Pelvic Physical Therapist, Karine Gulyamova will discuss the importance of Pelvic Health in midlife. https://www.pelvicarept.com/

What to Expect:

1) Community & Connection: There will be plenty of time to meet and chat with other attendees (research also shows that this connection can help reduce the frequency and intensity of perimenopausal symptoms!).

2) Question & Answer: You can expect a short presentation on the month's topic (e.g., nutrition, pelvic floor health, strength training, stress management, breathwork, etc.) followed by Q&A.

3) Toolkit: All attendees receive a topical guide that outlines specific steps to feeling better and functioning better through perimenopause.

4) Light Bites & Beverages: Delicious food, mocktails, and cocktails are provided by a local caterer.

5) A fun raffle drawing at the end of the evening!

The evening will leave you feeling more connected and empowered as you take on the transformative journey of peri/menopause!
