4:30–6 PM — VIP author signing in the Metropolitan Suite; book fair in concourse open to general public
6:00 PM — Ceremonial first pitches
6:30 PM — Game begins
6:45–7:45 PM — Public signing in the concourse book fair
7:45 PM (ish) — Authors return to the VIP suite
9:00 PM — Fireworks
